On May 23rd 2009, members of the Indiana Region of the CLC and the Hoosier Vintage Thunderbird Club attended the Tailfins and Tailfeathers event. They started the day at the Hudson Museum in Shipshewana, then went to the Menno HOF Museum, also in Shipshewana. Followed by lunch at the Blue Gate restaurant, and then on to the RV and Manufactured Housing Museum in Elkhart. A total of 34 members from both clubs attended. The hosts of this event were Lars and Jaunda Kneller.
